GRAN TURISMO 4: PROLOGUE
~SCHOOL MODE~

School Mode is basically a whole lot of licence tests, like the ones in previous Gran Turismo games. They have included some new ideas finally, namely the tests where you have to pass a certain number of cars in a short amount of time.


LICENCE TESTS

The licences are divided into different sections which can be told apart from the colours. Green being the easiest and the last section, purple, being the hardest to pass. Links to each individual test are in the section they belong to (i.e. Lesson 08 will be in the Yellow section whereas Coffee Break 5 and Lesson 38 will be linked under the purple section).

Each section is detailed on this page as well as information about each test.
An example of how the tests are described on this page is below.

Lesson 01: Learning the basics of steering 1 (Your first experience of circuit racing on a beginners course)

~ Description Race a lap on the Tsukuba Circuit as fast as you can. The most important section of track in your overall time is from the entrance of the first hairpin to the start of the second one. Don't lose your concentration!
