Do a second gear take-off and gently
hit the limiter just before you can go. You
should get wheelspin at the higher revs in 2nd
gear but not too much and not too little. Then
just continue changing up in the redline before
the limiter. GO TO TOP

second before you are allowed to go, then while
the wheels are spinning in 2nd gear (high revs)
change to third and you'll get a better time if
you start changing in the redline from there on. GO

redlining gently should get you a good time but
you have to be very patient as the acceleration
must be as fast as possible without causing too
much wheelspin. It's harder that it sounds trust

Cornering |
When
driving/racing this car around a little you can
sort of 'feel' the tire traction limit so if you
do then just back off a little. If the tire
traction limit is reached then the car will go
into a wild powerslide which, in some cases, is
quite easy to control. Race it round a bit so you
get what i mean. |

This
car handles like a dream on most tracks and its
about as good as a stock Honda S2000. (which is
very, very good at racing). Practicly no
understeer but if there is try let off the
accellerator which might help cornering a bit. |

First
off, these settings should not be changed at all
if you are going to do the pro Vitz/Yaris
championship. The settings shown above will suit
all/most tracks, and definately the Test Course.
Try not to accellerate while turning, and i
advise you to pit on the second lap every race
(if not in the lead), as this will give you clear
track and by the time the AI cars pit you should
fly past them. But this is all depending on your
driving ability. |
