Here are some settings for cars that i have tuned up in GT3. Each car has been tuned for a specific thing either the 1/4 mile (400m) or racing. Please bear in mind i'm not the best at tuning cars!

Driving Tips
~ Taking off Do a second gear take-off and gently hit the limiter just before you can go. You should get wheelspin at the higher revs in 2nd gear but not too much and not too little. Then just continue changing up in the redline before the limiter.

Driving Tips
~ Taking off Gently hit the limiter a split second before you are allowed to go, then while the wheels are spinning in 2nd gear (high revs) change to third and you'll get a better time if you start changing in the redline from there on.

~ Taking off Second gear take off's while redlining gently should get you a good time but you have to be very patient as the acceleration must be as fast as possible without causing too much wheelspin. It's harder that it sounds trust me.

Driving Tips
~ Cornering When driving/racing this car around a little you can sort of 'feel' the tire traction limit so if you do then just back off a little. If the tire traction limit is reached then the car will go into a wild powerslide which, in some cases, is quite easy to control. Race it round a bit so you get what i mean.
~ Taking off Second gear take-offs are the way to go and do so gently if you are using tyres which have plenty of grooves in them.

Driving Tips
~ Cornering This car handles like a dream on most tracks and its about as good as a stock Honda S2000. (which is very, very good at racing). Practicly no understeer but if there is try let off the accellerator which might help cornering a bit.
~ Taking off First gear is always your best bet at a quick takeoff just let the needle bounce off the rev limiter. If using a manual car, then change gears just before it hits redline.

~ Cornering It may still understeer a little on a few tracks, but i have gotten it to a point where i am satisfied with the handling of it. I recommend, if you have a car set up just like this, to keep driving it to get used to the handling.
~ Taking off Although it may not seem like it this car takes off better in second gear.

~ Cornering This car is still quite tail happy, so try not to accellerate while turning in a corner. Keep practising, and eventually you'll get the hang of it.

Driving Tips
~ Cornering First off, these settings should not be changed at all if you are going to do the pro Vitz/Yaris championship. The settings shown above will suit all/most tracks, and definately the Test Course. Try not to accellerate while turning, and i advise you to pit on the second lap every race (if not in the lead), as this will give you clear track and by the time the AI cars pit you should fly past them. But this is all depending on your driving ability.
~ Taking off Second gear prevents too much wheelspin but you still have to take off gently.
